At Aus Nurseries, we aim to deliver healthy plants and a seamless experience with every order. Please review our plant-specific return and refund guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure plant quality and safety, we accept returns only under certain conditions. Plants must be returned in the same condition as received—undamaged, healthy, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at ausnurseries@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your plants. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Plants sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We ask that you inspect your plants immediately upon arrival. If any plant arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us right away. We will assess the issue and work to provide a suitable solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Plants that are perishable or have already been planted
  • Special-order or custom-selected plants
  • Gift cards or sale items

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed by returning the initial plant order and placing a new order for the desired items. Once your return is approved, we recommend placing a new order promptly to secure availability.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
